Jill Knight –
Supply Chain Assistant / PA

Jill is the longest serving member of the team, having notched up over 12 year’s service. Jill spent over a decade at local Insurance firm, Marsh as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and transferred her skills over to Icefresh Foods as Personal Assistant to our Chief Operating Officer. As Icefresh grew so did Jill as she now assists the Supply Chain Team. Outside of work, Jill enjoys Cooking and Reading.
