UK and European Laws can be a mine field. We will take the stress out of this by liaising with both Factory and Buyer to interpret, understand and advise on current and future legislation.
Icefresh Foods is a responsible supplier of quality frozen food and we are totally committed to supplying food of a consistent and high quality. All Principal’s factories must conform to our rigorous technical standards.
- Full HACCP due diligence system in place
- BRC or IFS accreditations from a major QA body, such as Sai Global
- Provide full ingredient and micro specifications for all own brand and branded products
- Provide signed warranties / statements guaranteeing all products and ingredients sold conform to the latest Food Safety Act
- Confirmation that all ingredients and derivatives used come from non-GM sources
- Provide full packaging waste details for compliance with EC Waste Regulations
- Minimum 6 monthly quality inspections of all factory premises
Our Technical Team will always be present at the first production runs and if you as a customer wish to attend we actively encourage this.
