Sales and Marketing Coordinator

I work closely with the retail sales team and provide a comprehensive sales & marketing function.

I am responsible for the smooth running of all projects (new launches, redesigns, text amends etc.) ensuring that they all meet tight deadlines.  Included within the project role are elements such as sampling, naming panels, taste panels, external design meetings, UDEX etc.

As well as managing all projects I also handle the companies internal and external marketing..  This involves aspects such as yearly calendars, internal signage, magazine editorials and web sites to name a few.

Richard Reeve

Head of Technical Services and Compliance

I am accountable for all strategic aspects of our technical function which incorporates legal compliance and ethical standards

The tactical responsibility for all our retail and foodservice technical work is that of my colleague Dan Brocklehurst and whilst I work closely with Dan in this area, he manages day to day matters.

My primary responsibility, is that of Icefresh Ingredients, a trading name of Icefresh Foods Limited supplying ingredients to the manufacturing industry where I provide a full and comprehensive technical services function in support of our sales and purchasing function.  

I spend most of my time meeting customers and our supplying factories across the World, to ensure that our quality promise is met and that the latest legislation is being followed.

I also sit on the Campden and Chorleywood Specification Commitee and constantly strive for product improvement.

As a member of the vegetable R&D Team, I am actively involved in the approval of new factories as well as arranging sample sessions and feedback.

This involves overseeing  preparation of our monthly management accounts, control of overhead expenses and involvement with daily cash management.  I also undertake special project work, deal with taxation matters involving the company and prepare the final accounts for the auditors.
